So for my Costco Pick of the Month, I have chosen Lady Walton’s Gourmet Cookies. These little gems, are simply delicious! A thin vanilla wafer, topped with chocolate and toffee bits– I mean, how can you go wrong with that??? These with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream- HEAVEN!!!

Here comes apple everything season!!!! I’m soooo excited!!! Oh, and you can never go wrong with Pepperidge Farm, can you??? The little chunks of apple and caramel are just divine. I like to stick these babies under a glass cloche and everyone thinks I’ve been baking all day.
